Floodlight Replacing

We replace those impossible to reach blown out flood lights with premium 4 year long life bulbs. Special bulbs are available on request.

We leave no point of entry uncovered. Our Loc On gutter screens keep the critters out without damaging your roof or gutters. We install flashing in areas that the screens do not cover. We also install a special one way trap door for the critters to leave when the exclusion is completed.

We prune the branches off the roof and gutters. Branches that rub against the roof damage shingles, gutters and gutter guards. They give animals access to your home. Trimming the trees that are touching your home will stop the bug and squirrel super highway.
